What are your Opening Hours?

Do you do Deliveries?

Yes, we deliver within Metro Melbourne on Fridays and Saturdays between 2:30pm to 5:30pm. Our delivery postcodes are: 3056,3068,3065,3070,3072,3058,3078,3054,3073,3071.

We also deliver via UberEats.

How do I make an order?

For all pick ups, they have to be placed 2 days in advance, by 10pm, from preferred pick up date.

For all deliveries, they have to be placed by Monday, 10pm.

PS: Not all of our products are available in Castlemaine.

Do you sell Gift Cards, Merchandise and Loyalty Cards?

Yes, we do sell gift cards in store and online. You may purchase them online here.

We also sell ICS merchandise in-stores. Please call your preferred store to check for item availability.

Loyalty Cards are also available across all 3 stores. Ask one of our super scoopers for a card if you live locally and are an ICS fan!

Do you do Catering?

We try to within our limited capacity due to a small production team. For all enquiries, please email us at info@icecreamsocial.com.au

Do you do Customized Cakes/Icecreams?

For customized cakes, please reach out to us via info@icecreamsocial.com.au. We can do most cakes unless we feel like it is beyond our capacity. Requests are accepted on case-by-case basis and would have to be discussed with the baking gurus before any confirmation of order.

For customized icecream flavours, this can be done for wholesale basis. A minimum of 10L would be required and subject to Chief Icecream Maker's approval.

How often do you change your icecream flavours?

We have a staple menu of classic flavours and a rotating menu of specials each week. We also work with local ingredients that are seasonal and develop new flavours base on what is available.
