All of our ice creams are made in stores by our chief icecream maker and created by Helen, the original brainchild of ICS. These delicious icecreams that you've tried or are about to try are hand mixed and machine churned, with lots of pride and love. Our milk based icecreams are made with Schulz Organic Full Cream Milk and Pure Cream. Our non-dairy flavours are either sorbets or made with coconut milk or almond milk. We work with the seasonal ingredients that we have and develop new flavours across the year for festive seasons or customer requests.
